Parsys component layout overlapping

the new responsive custom component created is overlapping with the other components. please see the screenshot. any help much appreciated.

slightly adjusting the window height fixes the issue. but on page load its always overlapping.

Try to use Firefox to edit the content , i observed same issue in chrome ..
