Parsys coming in locked page.

Hi,

I have a parsys component in my page. I drag and drop a component in it, and then lock the page. I, then login with some user in the same user-group and preview the page, but am still able to see the parsys component in the page and drag and drop components to a page that is locked by some user.

I checked the same scenario in default geometrixx pages, but there if a page is locked by one user and previewd by some other user, then the parsys component does not appear in the page.

Please let me know what can be done.

Hi Ankush,

Do you see the status of that page as 'locked' once you lock the page ?

In any case, whether a page is locked or not, author should not see the parsys in the 'preview' mode. Just remove the cache once and try.

Hi,

 

The status of the page is showing as locked.

And not in the preview mode, in the authoring mode the parsys does not come for the user who has not locked the article.

Please let me know in case you have any updates on it.
