I'm testing my clients code base developed on AEM 6.1 on an AEM 6.2 instance in preparation for an upgrade, however the apps package will not install.  The log throws heaps of errors and then fails:

I've tried on a vanilla 6.2 instance, and also with the latest 3 AEM 6.2 hotfixes [1], but I still get the same result - it retries the above a few times and then finally fails:

1. 23.09.2016 15:30:28.932 *ERROR* [qtp1764509931-246] org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.fs.io.Importer Error while committing changes. Aborting.
2. 23.09.2016 15:30:28.932 *ERROR* [qtp1764509931-246] org.apache.jackrabbit.vault.packaging.impl.ZipVaultPackage Error during install.
3. javax.jcr.security.AccessControlException: OakAccessControl0006: Isolated policy node (/apps/dam/content/schemaeditors/forms). Parent is not of type [rep:AccessControllable]
4.  

There are no policy nodes or anything like them under /apps/dam/content/schemaeditors/forms, so I don't understand why AEM is complaining.  The same package installs on 6.1 without a problem.

Anyone come across this?

I am getting the same error. My previous code package working fine on 6.1, but when I installed on 6.2, started giving below error. looking for solution...
