page reordering 5.6.1

Hi,

On 5.5 you could go to site admin open up a site and order a page by dragging it up or down this option however seems to be gone in version 5.6.1

I found the problem, I didn't know that reordering is done on the tree in the left.

Seems like permission issue. Are you seeing this with admin user also?
