Package share login issue

I am not able to access package share from my local instance. I am using AEM 5.6.1 on windows 7, I thought it is a problem with my local installation but when I installed it from scratch I still see the problem.

Here is what I see

The Package Share server login page is currently not accessible. Please enter your credentials here.

 

I tried to login to package from https://www.adobeaemcloud.com it didn't work for me as well. When I click on install button for any package I want to download I see

There are no clouds available to install this package

I am attaching the screenshots from the package share site. Is package share site working fine or any problems.
