On-premise to Cloud Migration - Replace the existing Dam Update Asset workflow

There are couple of queries around this - 

Query 1  - We need a  confirmation if the below Out of the Box Workflow process Steps would be covered by the Asset Processing microservices (at present they aren't supported on Cloud)

 

Metadata Processor
Create Video Thumbnails
EPS thumbnails (powered by ImageMagick)
Transcode video
Indesign Media Extraction
InDesign Page Extraction
Dynamic Media Process Image Assets
Process Thumbnails
Delete Image Preview Rendition
Product Asset Upload

Query 2 - The Author is not notified of the successful run of post processing workflows. Its not even seen in the Workflow instances or workflow history dashboard. We see this entry only in the logs. Is this the expected
behaviour or are we missing something ?
