not getting dispatcher for apache webserver with windows

I need Dispatcher for apache for with windows i have tried by google and i got only for apache with linux and MAC for windows i am not getting

if any one one know where i can download dispatcher for windows with apache not for IIS server let me

I did set up the dispatcher some time back in my system. I can share the dispatcher file with you.
