Not able to see the publish to DM & unpublish to DM under Manage Publishing in AEM 6.5.9

After migration to 6.5.9 from 6.5.7, not able to see the "Publish to Dynamic Media"/"Unpublish to Dynamic Media" option under the Manage Publication.

 

‘Publish to Dynamic Media’ option is not availble on Manage Publication page,
Steps:
1) Open the link  https://localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam/we-retail
2) Open properties for any asset
3) Click on Manage Publication  to open Manage Publication  page.
4) ‘Publish to Dynamic Media’ option is not availble on Manage Publication page

This is a product bug and fixed in SP 10.

Please install Service Pack 10 and validate the same.

 

The reference number for the product bug is CQ-4329416.
