Not able to found Dam Update Asset workflow in aem6.3

Hi Team,

We are not able to found Dam Update Asset workflow in aem6.3, even /cf#/etc/workflow/models/dam/update_asset.html is also returning

no resource found error.Do i need to install any additional packages or need to configure something. Please suggest. The completed AEM version, we are using is 6.3.1.2.

Please add the error.log after installing package along with output of below

Output of http://HOST:PORT/crx/packmgr/service.jsp?cmd=ls

Can you use CRXDE to manually navigate to /etc/workflow/models and see if these models even exists ?

Model not exists in /etc/workflow/models as well. (from CRXDE)

Search for com.adobe.granite.workflow.content in Package manager and reinstall this package and see if they are available now

re-installation of com.adobe.granite.workflow.content in Package manager remove all existing model.Workflow console stopped working now./libs/cq/workflow/content/console.html
