Not able to export project to server

Hello All,

I have imported project and made now i want to export but i am getting synchronization error.

I have provided valid server instance URL,user and password too.

You are using an Eclipse plug-in?

Below are the steps i am following to export project to server.

1)Imported jcr_root folder of my project from File->Open Folder

2)Exporting project to server by right clicking on project's root folder and selecting option using Export to Server.
