not able to create SAML configuration in AEM

I was trying to follow the official documentation for creating SAML auth configurations with the below KB article.

i'm unable to understand the steps involved to create the localhost:4502/saml_login node, do i have to create a node under / with which primary type the node needs to be created?

You don't need to create the saml_login node. All its doing is posting the IDP response to saml_login.

Are you configuring this on local? Try to follow below link for local SAML setup:

You don't need to create the saml_login node. All its doing is posting the IDP response to saml_login.

Are you configuring this on local? Try to follow below link for local SAML setup:
