Not able to add hotspot in image Dynamic media

I am using AEM 6.5.12 service pack

 

I trying to add a hotspot on the image but its showing a blank image

When clicking the HotSpot icon it throws error's in the console

@naruk89179065 I faced the similar issue in one of my previous project (3 years back) and we raised an adobe support ticket for this. And later we found that it was our local issue. (I forgot the fix)

 

I suggest you once go thorugh below URL and check if it is working on vinnila instance with out any code

@naruk89179065 I faced the similar issue in one of my previous project (3 years back) and we raised an adobe support ticket for this. And later we found that it was our local issue. (I forgot the fix)
