Not able to access system/console/bundles for author instance

Hi Team,
i have set a environment with author, publisher and dispatcher.
In author instance i am unable to access the url <hostname:port>system/console/bundles, but <hostname:port>system/console/configMgr and other things which is not related to bundles are working fine and i am able to access it.

Note : In publisher i am able to access the <hostname:port>system/console/bundles.

What do you see in error.log and on the browser when you access <hostname:port>system/console/bundles on the author ?

Just to be sure, I hope are directly access author, not via the dispatcher.

There is somethign wrong with your AEM instance - this view should always be displayed when you use that URL. Any errors in the log file?
