Missing example code from the Adobe Gems videos

Hey guys,

I watched this video on User Interface Customisation the other day : http://dev.day.com/content/ddc/en/gems/user-interface-customization-for-aem-6.html

It was great, however not all of the examples in the video are available on that Github link? Specifically, I am looking for the example code that concerns adding a custom page action to the authoring toolbar? It is covered in the video, but I cannot find the source files from the example.

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated,
