Metadata template on dam

Hi!

Why after the creation of a metadata template is not possible to edit "On Time" and "Off Time" properties for dam contents in a folder?

What's the best way to configure these properties for a big number of images?

I could not reproduce the issue. Seems like custom acl causing it. File an official support request.
