Maximum limit storage for a multifield

Question

Hello All,For Translations (Label properties, default value , value) I have created a component with multi-fields. All the properties gets stored in a single node in json array format.Is there any limit for this ? or what is the maximum limit that it can store all the properties?Will it impact the performance?smacdonald2008​
