Login error - "You do not have permission to access DPS"

Hi,

Any one tell me why I cannot access the 2015 DPS dashboard? Keep getting the error "You do not have permission to access DPS"... i can access the old version of the DPS dashboard but thought I would move over to the new one and hey presto I cannot access this with either my personal adobe ID or my work adobe ID either, very frustrating!

Sounds like your Adobe ID isn't the one attached to the master account in your DPS license. I suggest calling enterprise support, they should be able to figure this out for you.

Sounds like your Adobe ID isn't the one attached to the master account in your DPS license. I suggest calling enterprise support, they should be able to figure this out for you.
