LDAP sync: how to syn all ldap users before first login

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to front load my user nodes creation by syncing with my ldap active directory. I'm aware of the syncAllUsers function available from the JMX console, but it  appears to only sync users that have already logged in before.

I have also explored the possibility of running a cron job (OSGI bundle on a Sling scheduler schedule) but I'm getting a "Cannot instantiate class: com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtxFactory" error. It looks like there is a conflict with the com.sun.jndi.ldap package loaded as part of CQ.

I'm running CQ5.5 SP3.

Any insight is very welcome.
