Layouts not registering on the phone...

Hello. Here's an issue we're seeing quite a bit. Layout changes (using the new layout tool) - even small changes, simply not appearing in the Preflight app or a Preflight enabled app at any point. On saving any changes to a layout template, we are seeing on many occasions, the pop up message: "Could not save - your changes could not be saved. Connect to a network and try again".  Wi-fi is good and working.

Highly frustrating. Any ideas?

Fix: Had to move something out of the collection, preview, (nothing) and then move it back in (worked).
