issues with new certification portal

Hello People 

Anyone has faced issues with new Certification Portal? I have given two exams since Adobe moved to ProctorU. 

1. Guardian Browser is painfully slow in Apple MacBook.
2. The proctors seems very joining the session. 

3. After you clear the exam, it is taking ages to get the shareable certification even though I have passed the exam. I have given an exam on 4th of Nov, 2024 and passed it. I am yet to receive the official certification. 

 

Anyone else facing similar issues?
