Issues while uploading a XDP in AEM 6.1 Quickstart application.

I am trying to set up AEM 6.1 quick start application in a windows server in 4502 port. I have followed the below steps.

1) Ran the executable jar file - aem-author-p4502.jar. It has created crx-quickstart folder and brought up the AEM application.

2) Under Forms I dont find any other options.

3) Installed AEM-FORMS-6.1-WIN-2.1.42 add on package in the package manager. Restarted the application.

4) Now under Forms I could see Forms & Documents, Letters, Document Fragments and Data Dictionaries options.

5) I uploaded a XDP by selecting Upload button under Forms & Documents. No error or successful message is displayed. But the uploaded XDP is not getting visible. Not sure whether it is getting uploaded or not.

Am I missing something to do a successful upload of a XDP into AEM?
