Issues in loading Area Reference [ContextHub]

Hi,
I'm working on AEM Targeting via ContextHub implementation. While updating the config on the root page, I can see the brand listed in the dropdown. However, when I select the brand "Test Brand", the Area reference section is not loading, even though I have created everything as part of the setup. Moreover, we don't need to be part of the "Target Administrators" group, as it is only required for AEM - Target integration and not for ContextHub implementation. Can someone tell me what could be the issue?

The issue has been fixed. There were some issues with the authoring client library, which was missing the client library listed in the embed property.

Can you please suggest what could be the possible issues with loading the Area Reference in the page properties? I don't see any errors in the logs related to this issue.

Hi, if I manually add the property "cq:target-ambits" to the root page, I can see duplicate entries. I have checked the permissions of the group "Target Administrators" and everything looks good. The same setup is working in different environment and not this environment. I'm not sure what could be the issue even though the setup is same.

Hi,

Please check you have all the steps from this tutorial:

Beyond that, check from which page component you are inheriting.

Hope this helps

I suspect this is more of a permission issue. I have compared the permissions for Target Administrators group as well. Not sure if we need to check other groups as well.
