Issue with Richtext component

Hi Everyone,

we have an issue with the Ritchtext editor, when the author is trying to edit then the menu items in the tool bar are disappearing after sometime. Even if we edit or just open editor the menu items are disappearing after sometime.

    CFP 6.3.1.2 fixes "Richtext plugin is not working for both inline and fullscreen bar in multifield Touch UI".

    Also try using the package provided, after installing CFP6312, here Configuring the Adobe Experience Manager Touch UI RTE for in-line editor

    Have you tried after installing CFP 6.3.1.2?

    Currently we have AEM 6.3 Service Pack 1 (6.3.1.0) in all environments.

    Is it for dialog toolbar or inplace editing toolbar?
