Issue with Rich Text editor

Question

Hi ,I am having issue with RTE component , i am using for my application. Sometimes it comes in the middle of the text which written inside RTE , sometimes, it just went missing, It is a very strange behaviour. This is not happening for all the pages but for some of them .Please advise.

It is like when we right text under a Rich text editor. The component where there is option of edit, comes in middle and not in Top.
