Issue with renaming translation Job in AEM

Hi All,

I am trying to create a translation job where the job gets created successfully but on trying to rename the job it usually keeps loading with 500 server error pointing to issue with granite.min.js. Also noticed console errors like  DuplicateDefinitionError as below in coralUi3 when project is opened.

Trying to rename the project

If we scroll to bottom of the page with many jobs on the page we see DuplicateDefinitionError again.

Try to rename the job when the scroll is in between the page rename works fine w/o any errors in console.

so the issue is mostly on scrolling to the bottom page.

Any suggestions to fix and what could have caused the issue?

Hi @veena1

- The browser error indicate some issue on Coralui3, which is on Adobe side. So you might raise a ticket for this thing in particular if you like.

- But having the internal server error 500, indicates that something went wrong on the server side as well. What is the error.log file saying ?

Hi @tethich

i couldn't find any specific errors in logs as such. but tried to narrow down the OOTB file which is responsible for the issue /libs/clientlibs/granite/coralui3/js/all.js

Not sure how to proceed further can i raise AMS ticket?

Maybe these links can help you open the ticket:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/enterprise/using/support-for-enterprise.html
https://www.aemtutorial.info/2021/11/how-to-raise-product-issue-with-adobe.html

The 500 error should have been logged in the error.log file I assume. You didn't find it ?
