Your organisation can request these metrics from your Adobe support member, where they have tools to gather this information for you. Unfortunately, I am not away of any public tooling that can find and locate all AEM production instances that are being by a specific license key.

If it is used as a local environment set up, you can not find.

Others can not use it for a production or live environment.

    So in theory if someone uses my license, Adobe is not notified of it?
