iPhone App stuck on "Installing" on iOS 9.0.1 (DPS 2015)

I had to upgrade my iPhone to the latest version of iOS (9.0.1) in order to run the demo DPS 2015 app we're working on. The app is stuck saying "Installing" under the icon on my homescreen. I have not tested how it works on an iPad upgrade yet.
