IOS phone and Tablet separation

Hi. I am following up on a post I seen some a couple weeks ago that Adobe was working on the option to separate IOS Phone and Tablet builds to the itunes store for those who only way to submit an ipad/iphone only app. Will this feature make it into the next release?
