Integrating with Adobe Test and Target

Hello,

 

I have CQ ,version 5.6.1. When I followed the instructions mentioned in the webpage, http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/wcm/campaigns.html and step 3) under CREATING A TEST&TARGET OFFER EXPERIENCE, I don't see a experience type :"TestandTarget offer" . Is the  screen shot that shown with this experience type Obsolete? If so, which type of experience should be used to create a TestandTarget offer?

I  have guessed it and used the experience type template: 'experience' , then I have followed the instructions mentioned in http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/integrating_with_adobe_marketing_cloud/test_and_target.html . I'm able to connect CQ with Adobe Target.   When I finished the step 4) as mentioned in this page.  Author campaign isn't automatically created in Adobe Target. How can I resolve this issue?

I appreciate any feed back that helps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

As far as I know, if your Target account is ok and the T&T config in AEM is set up correctly, it should work. Do you see anything in the log when you create the campaign?

When you say you finished step 4 on the Integrating with T&T page, do you mean the "CREATING A TEST&TARGET CAMPAIGN IN CQ" section?

Yes, Scott.  I mean that I have finished step 4 on the "CREATING A TEST&TARGET CAMPAIGN IN CQ" section.

Hi Scott,

I see the campaign log fine. The issue here is that campaigns are not getting automatically created in TNT as it mentioned in this doc, http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/integrating_with_adobe_marketing_cloud/test_and_target.html
Is this document up to date?
