indesign scrolling box issue

Here is a weird one. I have an indesign page with some background images, a couple MSOs, and a scrolling box with text that is set to scroll vertically. When I navigate to the page and try to scroll the textframe in the scrolling overlay, it scrolls and so does the entire indesign page. This is a smooth scrolling article and the last iPad screen sized view on the the article. Video URL below.

Hi Jeffery,

This is a bug our internal test team found as well. They're working on a fix that will hopefully go out in our next release along with a host of other scrollable frame improvements.
