In RTE classic UI , similar to anchor tag i need at one more widget but in behaviour i have to change as per business needs

In RTE classic UI , similar to anchor tag i need at add one more widget (Plugin ) but the behaviour i have to change as per business needs.

 

I need a help here , How should i add anchor widget RTE in classic UI and how should i customise it and need to understand how should it is working in classic UI where the plugin are there.

 

Please help me here!!

Hi, 

The usage of classicUI is discouraged and you should start using touchUI instead. 

Here you have very good resources about how to create and use plugins for RTE:
