Importing email template from AEM to Campaign Management

Hi All,

I have came across an issue while importing MCM email Template in Campaign Management.

In order to accomplish that we would be adding delivery to campaign in Campaign Management Client Console. There should be a button in the delivery wizard named "Synchronize" which is not visible in my case.

Please suggest if somebody have worked on AEM Campaign Management.

Make sure your content-source is pointing to AEM. Then you see the synchronize button.

I think this is in the advanced properties tab.

Make sure to follow all the steps at https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/author/personalization/adobe-campaign/campaign.html#Synchronizing%20content%20created%20in%20AEM%20with%20a%20delivery%20from%20Adobe%20Campaign

  • You should be using the right campaign build of server & client. So go with latest Or minimum of Version 8622
  • Delivery template should be mailAEMContent
  • Make sure aem account configured for template.
