Implementing Compact Forms

Hi All,

We have an requirement that when clicking on button it has to show compact form with fields like First Name,Last Name,Email Id and Comments and on Submit button ,it has to show acknowledgement message.

If anyone come across similar kind of requirement or any pointers to these kind of use cases,will be helpful.

Hi 

As suggested by Scott, You can try Adaptive forms.

1. Go to :- http://localhost:4502/aem/forms.html/content/dam/formsanddocuments

2. click Create -> Adaptive form

3. Choose Survey Template -> Create
