Image plugin is not working in RTE

Hi , I have added "image, spellcheck, mistools" plugin IDs under rtePlugins. But I am unable to see image icon in Rich Text Editor(RTE). But I can see spellcheck and mistools.

I created features property with * value for all the plugin IDs. Do I need to add any more properties for image plugin to activate?

Please help me.
