I want to learn AEM - But having difficulty with getting access to learn the product...  Unlike most other products where there is a demo....  Are there any training classes that enable access to a sandbox product?

Please reach-out to below link for trial version. 

Adobe Experience Cloud | Sales Inquiries

They can provide you a trial version link. If your company is partner with Adobe then you can request AEM trail version in SPP portal with your official email. They will provide AEM trail version link with licence key.
