How to set indexing in pdf to view it chapter wise?

Hi,

 

I am using AEM 6.5. I want to convey a requirement in which I want chapter wise view of a pdf  using any AEM functionality/component. I researched about the PDF viewer component in AEM but it is not solving the purpose as per my understanding because there is no feature to scan the pdf and provide indexing chapter wise in it.

I want to scan the pdf and provide indexing using the content and provide a tab in left that will show the chapters.

 

Please guide in this.

I don't think so you can do that using PFD viewer component, I think that would require a tool e.g. Acrobat

Did you view the index if you upload pdf file with indexes?
