How to read the values in workflow process

Hello Team,

I have a dialog in the dynamic participant workflow. Lets say, I have added some value in the dialog and it gets stored in /var/workflow/instances/server0/2024-03-26/test-asset-publish-_6/history/1e7a5abf-20ce-46bc-bf1c-621d816f6809/workItem/metaData. Now how to access these values in my process?
