How to pull list of contents (Assets/Pages) created/modified on last 10 days

Hello,

Could some one let me know how to pull list of contents (Assets/Pages) created/modified on last 10 days in AEM 6.2 Author to package and export from one environment to other environment without any code or component changes ?

Try something like /bin/querybuilder.json?path=/content&type=cq:PageContent&1_relativedaterange.property=jcr:created&1_relativedaterange.lowerBound=-10d&p.limit=10
