How to Package AEM Configuration Files by Eddie Yao

Abstract

The following are the steps in packaging the complete AEM configuration files. These are OSGi configurations (properties and values). This is extremely helpful when opening a DayCare ticket for issues with Adobe or when trying to collaborate with other teams.

Always a good idea to have a copy handy as well.

Technical Steps:
1. From the operations Dashboard, click on Web Console
2. Click on Status > Configuration
3. Click on Download as Zip to package and download the file
