How To develop mega menu Component so that we have colcntrl inside submenu

I have requirement to develop mega menu component so that 

inside dropdown submenu it have column control

I added column control but in edit mode it will not hide the parsys inside column control

how to hide these parsys ?

or their is other way to implement this?

so my proplem is unable not hiding this parsys of other  tabs.

I tried to hide using jQuery but not working . Also I tried the solution from some blog
