How to create a new user in CQ5 using the existing user Permissions?

Hi,

I need to create a new user by coping the existing user permission level. Is there any out of box function to archive it?

Not creating a group and setting permissions to it and adding users to that group.

Also I'm looking functionality like, viewing complete permissions of the current user.

Ex: if you check the page properties -> audit log -> permissions it will show the access info for the current page.

Similarly i want to see the complete access info without going into user manager page.

is that possible?
