How to add choices to dropdowns based on Rules on AEM 6.4.2

Question

Hi,I have implemented a metadata in AEM6.4.0 on my local machine that contains some dropdowns where choices are based on some rules.AEM provides this functionality Out of The Box.But as I login to the development environment i.e. at AEM 6.4.2, I cannot see the option to add choices based on rules. Is it a defect in AEM or is there any specific reason for this.One thing to note is that if I replicate the default schema and edit that, the dropdowns already present show this functionality, but if I add a new dropdown, the same is not available.

I found a solution to this. If we remove the JSON path from the drop down and add the choices manually, we are able to add choices based on several rules.

Bumping this as I have the same question!Keen to maintain some integrity for our assets/pages by restricting filename conventions by enforcing rules. Seems to be no option to define new rules?
