How to add asset share commons into an existing AEM project?

I want to add Asset Share Commons Site into my existing AEM maven project. I will be doing custom development for Asset Share Commons.

@umair-afzal  You can have multiple projects with one parent pom and common dispatcher module. Follow the steps as described here:
