How to activate the entire tag folder in AEM

How to activate the entire Tag folder in AEM .

I have tried with treeactivation and tagging .

I am not able to activate. Is there any other way to activate?

Are you normal pages getting activated ?

Can you provide the logs to check if replication happened or not ?
