How can I get assistance to buy the AEM?

Hi, I'm trying to contact anyone from Adobe staff in order to buy the AEM according my company's needs but couldn't yet. How can I get assistance or help? 
The phone number is just for Creative Cloud and there is not phone for Experience Cloud nor Latinoamerica assistance.

They will help you.

    Hi Arpit. Thanks for your reply. Yes i did but no answer yet, since there isnt a phone, it seems to be the only option: to wait.
