Since, AEM JAR is licenced and paid. It will not available for free.

For trail version, you need to speak with Adobe sales representative for information on how to get the trail version.

The only way to get the JAR is either from your project/Organization.

You will need to get with an Adobe sales person to get a trial/demo version of Adobe Experience Manager. Use phone number on the bottom of the AEM page on the Adobe site: Link:- http://www.adobe.com/products/request-consultation/marketing-cloud.html
