Guidance on Customizing Content Fragment Editor's RTE

Hi, 

We have a need to customize the RTE within the Content Fragment Editor and incorporate the following features: -

1. Font Style

2. Font Color

3. Text Highligher

Note:I've assessed the new editor, but it lacks the 1 and 2 feature.
