Gmail custom classes are not loading same content is works fine Outlook ..etc

Hi,

 

While sending emails from the campaign styles are not loading properly for the Gmail but other email accounts display fine outlook etc.

 

Could you please help to resolve the issue?

Hi @satish2info-1 ,

May I know which version of AEM are you on? Do you see any errors in error.log? Did you checked in different browser? It could be sometimes browser specific.

    hi @santoshsai ,

     

    we are using 6.5.0 and there are no errors in the logs and it delivers fine! Styles are loading fine in outlook only the problem is for Gmail !

      Hi @satish2info-1 ,

      I had this problem almost 3 years ago while I was working with campaign.

      Please make sure that you use tabular format for your emails (<td><tr> tags) and also, try inline styling for your html; that solved my problem. Let me know how it works for you.
