Getting repeated child nodes in xmp metedata nodes which is causing BPA entry of Major types as Assets Content Validation

Hi,

 

Whenever we are adding icons/images in Dam then its creating redundent child nodes which are of same type. when we delete these images and upload again they cames back.

 

Any suggestion to resolve this

Hi @riteshma1 ,

 

can you provide more information? what're those node properties? (on right pane)
what kind of images are these? that you are uploading? the type, jpeg or tiff etc

 

do they have its own metadata? are you using any custom metadata processing profiles?

 

what version of aem are you using?

Hi @abhishekca we are using 6.5.8 as of now and planning to move AEM as Cloud service.

These are either jpeg or pdf,mp4 files  which we upload in dam.

 

We don't have any custom code for these still these properties are getting added.
