Getting Error When new user trying to login getting 404 error

Hi,

I created one user through the AEM dashboard, but when I try to login with the user name and password I m getting the below error. What can be the reason for this error????

NOTE: I have also added this user into the Custome Group created by me as administrators

Check the permissions of your custom group.

Try adding your User in OOTB group provided in AEM like content-authors etc. If that works then the issue is with your Group.

You can make your custom group member of other OOTB group provided.

This is the permisison issue, please check custom Group should have read permission for libs and other necessary paths
